If any www.snapsstore.com purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise in its original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, or are not in original, new condition. We are not responsible for any damage to the merchandise that is caused by your pet.
We cannot accept returns COD or postage due and we do not reimburse shipping charges. Additional shipping will be charged for exchanges. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If you receive a product that is defective, you must return it in its original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Replacements for defective items are shipped at no charge.
